Currently the Manchester BodyCare is the Home of PiDDDs 3D living system, developed By Jose Garbe-Vilijn; this incredibly popular system for correcting bodily mis-alignment and easing back and neck pain grew from the highly effective Dorn Method, and covers a combination of body posture and movement, physiological health and mental health.

We now have three practitioners, Jose, Annette and Louise King; all experts in Back, Neck and Shoulder pain relief, and body realignment.

 "Pull yourself together" is an expression often used, which literally means, having posture and movement, body digestion, and mind in harmony. If your body and mind are in harmony, your bones technically aligned, and your diet personalized, you will be able to "pull yourself together". 

PIDDDS is all about helping you to help yourself, from bodily discomforts and chronic conditions deriving from the Spine.  Conditions that you have been previously told, there were no solutions for and to just ‘live with it’.

PIDDDS will show you the tremendous opportunity to think from the source and not the symptom and that the spine is the source of many bodily conditions.
