Urology Clinic
Urology is the science of the diseases of the urinary tract: incorporation areas such as the Kidneys, Ureters, Bladder, Urethra, and prostate in men.
The Urology services are provided by internationally renowned Urologist and expert in sexual health; Dr Nabil Mitry. A fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, trained in the Manchester teaching hospitals, and a regular participant in international medical conferences and publications.
After a thorough consultation and examination, diagnosis is assisted with the latest 4D Ultrasound including
- Doppler studies,
- IVU, also carried out on the premises, with
- full laboratory tests available to detect the different cause of infection as well as
- STD's,
- biochemistry to detect the function of the kidneys as well as
- detection of Diabetes,
- High cholesterol,
- High uric acid
- Full urodynamic studies to determine the abnormality of bladder functions.
Additional investigations cover CT scans, MRI and Isotope studies are arranged at centres of excellence
